No Returns or Exchanges

Once you confirm the design:

✨ Your piece enters production and becomes a custom-made item
✨ Because of this, all sales are final
✨ We are unable to accept returns or exchanges

We kindly ask you to review the design details carefully before giving your final approval.
Your piece will be made exactly as you envisioned.

1-Month Craftsmanship Warranty

We proudly stand behind the quality of our work.
Every TCJ piece includes a 1-month craftsmanship warranty covering:

• Manufacturing or craftsmanship defects

• Structural issues with the setting

• Any concerns related to our workmanship

Not covered

• Normal wear and tear

• Accidental damage

• Damage caused by other jewellers (including resizing/repairs done elsewhere)

If anything feels off within the first 30 days, simply reach out —
we’ll take care of it with repairs at no cost.

Warranty Shipping

For warranty repairs:
Customers are responsible for one-way shipping or delivery to us.
TCJ will repair the piece at no cost and cover the shipping to return it back to you.
