• You review and request changes if needed

• Final approval is required before production begins

✨ Production Timeline

1–2 Weeks (after rendering approval)

During production:

• Gold casting

• Stone setting

• Polishing & finishing

• Full quality inspection

🚚 Delivery Timeline

Within Canada

5–7 business days
Fully tracked and securely packaged.

Outside Canada

7–10 business days
Tracked, insured shipping.

• Customers outside Canada are responsible for all customs fees, import duties, and taxes.

• We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier or postal companies (such as Canada Post, FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.).
